This website is normally accessible to users at all times. However, TARG’ETHNIC may decide to interrupt access for technical maintenance, in which case it will endeavour to inform users of the dates and times of the intervention in advance.

The purpose of the website www.targethnic.com is to provide information about the company’s services.

TARG’ETHNIC strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible on www.targethnic.com. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies or failures to update, whether caused by itself or by the third-party partners who provide this information.

All information on www.targethnic.com is given for guidance only and is subject to change. Furthermore, the information on www.targethnic.com is not exhaustive and is given subject to any changes made since it was published.

04Contractual limitations on technical data

The website uses WordPress technology.

The website cannot be held liable for any material damage related to its use. In addition, users undertake to access the website using recent equipment that is free of viruses and an up-to-date, latest-generation browser.

TARG’ETHNIC owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use for all elements accessible on the website, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the website’s elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written consent of TARG’ETHNIC.

Any unauthorised use of the website or of any of its elements will be considered as infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

06Limitation of liability

TARG’ETHNIC cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage to the user’s equipment when accessing www.targethnic.com, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications set out in point 4, or from a bug or incompatibility.

TARG’ETHNIC also cannot be held liable for indirect damage (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of www.targethnic.com.

Interactive areas (the possibility to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. TARG’ETHNIC reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that breaches the laws applicable in France, in particular data protection provisions. Where applicable, TARG’ETHNIC also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, in particular in the event of racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic messages, whatever the medium used (text, photograph…).

07Personal data management

In France, personal data is protected in particular by Law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using www.targethnic.com, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed www.targethnic.com, the user’s internet service provider and the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any event, TARG’ETHNIC only collects personal information about users for the purposes of certain services offered by www.targethnic.com. Users provide this information knowingly, in particular when they enter it themselves. Users of www.targethnic.com are then informed whether or not they are required to provide this information.

In accordance with Articles 38 et seq. of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, all users have the right to access, rectify and object to personal data concerning them, by submitting a written and signed request together with a copy of an identity document bearing the holder’s signature, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.

No personal information about users of www.targethnic.com is published without their knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium to third parties. Only in the event of the acquisition of TARG’ETHNIC and its rights could this information be passed on to the potential acquirer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to store and amend data with regard to users of www.targethnic.com.

The website is not registered with the CNIL as it does not collect personal information.

Databases are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

09Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of www.targethnic.com is subject to French law. The competent courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.
